hey im new im 16 been liften weights for about 2 years now.
i kinda on the bigger size im 5'10 about 220-230 the only thing i got is a bit of a tummy other wise my chest arms look pretty decent for my weight what i wanna do is get everything toned.. flatter stomach maybe actually see my muscles and other things as well as eating more healthier.

other stuff

bench - 270
cleans- 215
squat- 385

suggestions? workout plans? diet plans?
