hi guys and gals,
ive recently fractured my right wrist and it is plaster for the next 6 weeks but i still want to keep working out. before my injury i was bulking up but now i realise this wont be possible so i want to use this time to cut a bit of fat (im 6'2 84kg). i have access to a killer gym with all the trimmings. the only exercises i can think of are back extensions, machine flyes and those squat machines with the cushy shoulder pads (ive got a friend who can help me load/unload weight plates), and crunches. i will do some running also but any ther ideas would be greatly appreciated coz ive worked so hard to get where i am
