Hi, I'm new to the site, and I have a few question. I hope someone can help. In he workout program, when you enter your numbers for the day, does the program remember those numbers? Example, I input my numbers for the first day today, and pressed submit, but I don't see anything that I input anywhere on the site. Do you only see the numbers once you go into week two and can look at your progress chart? Thank for your help in advance...---------------------------- If you can squat heavy and have solid sh*ts, what more can you ask for in life? |

Once you press the "submit" button, you should be able to see what you've entered anytime you re-access your present week's schedule.-------------- **_Robert_** Pain is temporary; glory is forever! |

Hi roelof! I am wondering that same thing myself. So far, through navigating through the site, it appears that there isn't anything to be able to give you your own personal statistics or anything. It looks like under the, "Progress Charts", that there is one coming soon, and the bottom one that charts your weight lifting progress. Either it is not totally enabled or, it won't work for me, because i am entering in my reps for each set, but I am not currently entering in any weights at this time, because I am do more cardio, and floor exercises at present. In any case, I have been charting my progress my using the calculators, and measuring myself in certain areas. That in itself is showing me a great deal of progress. Hope this helps, and if anyone can tell me that there is something I haven't seen yet, please let me know so I can take advantage of it...... -------------- You have the power to control your own destiny. Ohh yeah, one more thing, Just as rpacheco said, you should be able to go back and click on that day, so you can see the numbers you plugged into that day, in case you want to look back at some point and try to see what you did maybe at week one, as opposed to when you finish week 12, so you can see how much more you have done.....-------------- You have the power to control your own destiny. You have to input a few days of exercise to get any results. By this I mean more than one workout session for that body part. I f you have done this go to my personal info, click on the exercise option, after that you should see a human standing with each bodypart printed out like triceps shouldres etc. Click on the body part you want to see. It will bring up the exercise you have inputed click on that (like say you chose chest you would see bench press) that should give you a graph of the weight you have done and a description of what it means. If that does not help contact the ft staff. Hope that helps |

After clicking on that you will see the human body standing. ok? Good luck |

But after I input for example todays numbers, it doesn't seem to save the numbers on todays list. When I go back to my exercises for this week, I click on today, but it doesn't show anything I input. |

I guess I am a little confused as to what you are looking for. Is it the actual resp and sets that you have done. the charts that I have found chart your strength compared to the last time you did that exercise. So what are you looking to see? |

How do I use the Charts to monitor MY progress? By clicking on a muscle group below, you will get a list of exercises which you have entered data for in your ft Exercise Program. By selecting any exercise listed - a chart will be created for that specific exercise which displays the overall increase or decrease in that specific movement. This will show you whether the muscle(s) used in that exercise are improving. This will allow you to pin-point the muscle groups which are your weakest; that way you may target that muscle group(s) and bring it up to par with the rest. Please select a muscle below to continue .. this is how it is done not with a graph of each rep in each set at least as far as I can see |

Ok, so in other words, it will only showed numbers I input after I enter more numbers in the following workout days. So since this is my first day entering numbers, I cn't go back and look at the numbers I entered after pressing submit... Correct? |

Ok thanks, sorry if I sound stupid. One last question just to make sure. Where you get your workouts for printouts stays blank then correct, even after submitting. After submitting, you go back to that same page, but it will show blank.... correct. The only place that will show any numbers you entered would be the progress page. |

Ok, the progress page is a bar graph based on the reps and sets you have inputed. You only see a graph no numbers. And you are not stupid, I had the same questions but never asked just played around till I figured it out. But the progress is charted and shown as a bar graph |
