I am trying to get started on a workout program and Im wondering if the freetrainers workout program is one that every one here recommends. I have been looking around and it doesn't seem like a lot of people use the ft workouts. I made up a ft program and I chose the intermediate level and it only has me doing like 3-4 things and only one body part. Is this ok or is there better programs that anyone recommends??

i use the ft program( actually i start tomorrow) and i think its a good idea... i cant get to a gym to work out so the house workout is perfect for me!:) each week i think they have you working on different muscle areas as well so dont worry

Hello,
I think you will find that most people here do the ft progam.
I have been using it, I do a 3 day split with cardio. My workout is day 1 back - chest -calves, day 2 shoulders - biceps - triceps, day 3 legs and calves.
I think for what you are wanting to achieve what ft gave you is perfect for you.
This will give you plenty of time to be sure your muscles have a chance to recover from each lifting day, especially if you are just starting to lift weights.
Good luck,
Leslie
