Hey I was just wondering, I just received my workout program and saw that in my program on the first week on the chest day workout, that it only says to do 2 exercises. Is that sufficient enough, or should there be a few more exercises? Anyone's input would greatly be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't see why you can't add more... do you have other exercises that day too? Abs? Arms?

Well that was just for my chest, it also says I should do just one exercise for calves on that day, to me I have been doing 4 or 5 exercises per day just for chest. I thought maybe I was overtraining a bit so maybe at least 3 exercises would be good, but who knows. If 2 is good then that's what I will do, but I just have never done that little. So I was curious.

Shouldn't hurt to add another... just don't over do it...

What is over-doing it??
Currently I usually do about 4-5 exercises for chest but that's all I'll do for chest until the next week. Am I over-doing it? I usually work out 5 days a week, training each body part each day (chest, back, legs, arms, shoulders)...is that bad?
