as of right now im doing intermediate level 4 days a week, Sunday, Tuesday Wednesday, and Thursday. trying for weight loss not bulk up and for core, I do 30 minutes at around 60rpm for 3.5 miles on an elliptical machine since i have a screwed up knee and a herniated disc in my back. I have been doing this for 2 weeks prior in my own way for 2 hours a session of circuit training till i started this site. I average about a little over an hour with this program, and am logging my weights in each exercise to always improve. Should i separate the days more or is this ok the way i have it?
