what do you guys think of this split for upper body? i know im not mentioning legs but what do you think of this? any comments are welcome! monday- chest tuesday- off wed.- back and bi's thurs.- shoulders and tri's fri.- off sat.- back to chest

Looks pretty Good. Similar to what I do. Except for the Shoulder and Tri's. Do Shoulders in the AM hours and Legs in the PM. And do Tri's On Friday by there self.

are u working your pecs twice a week...If so I'd train them only once..remember that your triceps and biceps and delts get pumped 2 with chest exercises

i didnt know that your biceps got pumped during chest exercises. is that true?

in compound movements like chest presses and squats other muscles play a role and assist the lifting thus get worked out undirectly as well...that's why years ago our coach used to have us train the triceps last every session in a full-body routine since training it first would fatique it too early

sounds good, but I would rather work my bi's and tri's on the same day.

It sounds like the one I just got off of. I got pretty tired and had to have more rest time.
