Nico...working out before bed is better then not working out at all. However you might find it difficult to sleep immediately afterwards. Workout whenever is most convenient. I workout in the mornings...while getting up at 4:30 in the morning 3 days a week isn't my ideal time...it's the most convenient for me and my family (cause they're all sleeping...the lazy bums ).

If you workout in the morning you have all the protein that you eat through out the day going to your muscles. If you work out at night you should eat right before you go to bed (you should do this anyways). Your body grows the most when it sleeps, so that will help you out dirastically. Does it matter when you exercise? Not too much. But no it's not bad to exercise right before you go to bed, unless it interfers with your sleep.

nico, I once asked the same question cause i thought i was bad to workout any other time than at nite.... They all told me that it doesnt really matter what time you do it, better than not doing it at all, but my exercise times it seems to change evertime I do it... Not to sure if that is good or not, but with my family. I am a stay at home mom, I know some people would say then you have all day to exercise, but that just honestly isnt true... But some day i exercise in the mornings and sometimes in the afternoon... I just look at it like atleast i do it and i try to make sure to eat something highly filled with protein afterwards... Hope that helps you abit! :)
