Workout/Eating Schedule

Hi all,

I'm a hardbuilder working on gaining muscle mass... I've learned that I should eat 6 meals a day and load up on calories/protien and workout sparingly with a lot of weight - my question is this:

Should I eat immediately after working out, before, or what?

This question has been asked and answered dozens of times. Have you read through some of the posts? They are full of info about this very thing. You need to eat something within an hour before your workout, carbs and protein. Then within a half hour after have a whey protein drink/shake. Then within an hour of this have a well balanced high protien meal. The amount of carbs are important in these meals also, depending on your goals.
