I went to bed last night hungry after doing three sets of 15 side leg raises and 3 sets of 15 seated twists and when I woke up, my gut was seriously cut in half! I don't feel like eating today now, lol...

But I have to, so how good is watermelon/cheerios to eat? It's either that or a tempting sizzling ham on an english muffin with egg sandwich...must resist...

Protein and carbs and good fats. Never go to sleep hungry, especially after a workout. What was the purpose of that short workout?

I followed the FT Fitness Program for instructions. Ask it. But how can you explain the insane cut in half loss? Is watermelon or Cheerios good, btw?

sizzling ham with egg on an english muffin is actually a better choice tha cheerios and watermelon. it contains more protein and won't spike your blood sugar up as fast or drop you as fast. Make it at home, skip the crappy cheese product, use lean ham and a couple off eggs and a whole wheat english muffin - boom! Good meal!
