Wow, seems like a lot of calories

Im a 2300 caloriye diet now and im eating like 5-6 times a day to get it all in, this is the nutritional profile from FT based on my goals. what ya think ?

Wow man! That's a lot of calories. But then again I'm only about 160. Good luck!

yeah, I would say that is too high for most, especially your energy expenditure. I would suggest using 15 cal. per lb. for maintenance, and go up or down from there depending on your goals.
