Hey guys i was doing, or attempting to do deadlifts, for the first time yesterday in a really long time. I did one and did it wrong, really wrong it hurt so bad. It hurt like right below my waist oh man it was the worst pain ever lol. Anyways i was wondering if anyone can explain to me how to correctly do a deadlift. Also if anyone knows other hamstring excercises that are good for explosiveness and vertical leap please post them thanks!
