Hey guys i was doing, or attempting to do deadlifts, for the first time yesterday in a really long time. I did one and did it wrong, really wrong it hurt so bad. It hurt like right below my waist oh man it was the worst pain ever lol. Anyways i was wondering if anyone can explain to me how to correctly do a deadlift. Also if anyone knows other hamstring excercises that are good for explosiveness and vertical leap please post them thanks!

look up deadlifts in fitbuddy, it has been described many times, in a lot of detail.

Sprinting is good for building hamstring power.
