How do you develop the strength and muscle needed to pick up opponents up with ease in wrestling?

If we are talking about a folkstyle or freestyle double leg lift then train the Deadlift and front squat. Very specific to lifting an opponent on a shot. The weight is in front of you, where your oppenent will be. Train the posterior train like crazy. If we are talking freestyle and greco lifting, as in lift, cinch, throw with a back arch, then also work on some wall walking and bridging to work on your arch.
The most important thing is drill it over and over. Get your form down perfect and it will become so much easier. My best freestyle attack was a blast double to a lift because I drilled it all the time, at practice, during breaks in practice, and while warming up at tournaments. I wasn't incredibly strong, but it worked anyways because I did it almost instinctually.

The best feeling in the world is the feeling you get after a tough set of squats after you step back from the power rack and throw up all over the floor.
