If you do a search I think there was a topic a while back on this and something about you could do a bodybuilding workout and throw in a few other exercises that might relate to your sport. Such as various grip exercises for your wrestling or some powerlifting for football. I forgot what was actually mentioned in the old thread and can't find it right now but here were some articles I had bookmarked from the last time I replied to I think a similar question on another message board. Although I think these workouts and articles aren't nearly detailed enough they should give you a general idea of what direction to head in along with your ft workout.
