I have a weaker left wrist and would like some ideas on how to strengthen it (I am currently working out 6 times a week). When using a punching bag, right hand is tight and strong, but left can't take the hit.

any Ideas>?

Seated dumbell wrist curls, standing barbell, front and back, but emphasize the seated wrist curls.
Hope this helps.

Get a light dumbell, and do wrist twists.....set yoru forearm on your knee and twist your wrist in ever posissible direction, going forwards and back wards. Also do wrist curls from the side as well, I have problems with my wrists as well, also traing 6 days a week, your wrist might just be hurting from being actually hurt....I'm not a doc or anything but if somthing hurts ( you hitting the bag) then DON'T HIT THE BAG! Give it a rest, if it hurts let it rest do a lil rehab on it and try it when it not hurting.

Most Doc's will tell you if something hurts when you do something then don't do it.
