what can I do to strainthen my muscles in wrist?

Take a light Dumbell or even a Can of Beans or something and lift.
1. You can stand or sit, have arm extended out all the way or just half and Hold Can or Weight straight out palm facing down, keep wrist locked in striaght and lift your wrist UP!
2. Rest your arm on a table with wrist free over the edge and locked straight and lift UP! Your forearm is on the table and keep it locked on to the table.
Locked = Stable
For a women I wouldn't go no more then 3 pounds, I use 10.

Also - hold a can or dumbell in your hand as if you are carrying a suitcase next to you, then tilt the front end towards the ceiling, then the back end towards the ceiling (sot of like casting a line fishing, but smaller movement).
Look up wrist curls or forearm exercises.
As you workout, your wrists should egt stronger.
