Hello,

I am a 5'7 192lb woman with a large bone structure. I have been working out with mainly cardio but need to do a lot of upper body work focusing on the arms and shoulders. Of course most of the workouts i know of have to do with push ups and variations of this. As well as most of the machines put too much pressure on my wrists.

I have tendinitis in my left wrist. It is not healing fast at all so it is very painful if i put pressure in one direction or another. (up or down) But i really need to do upper body workouts to tone and strengthen my arms and chest muscles.

Is there any suggestions on what type of alternate exercises i can try.

Thanks
Shell

Use wrist wraps. Problem solved.
