I was wondering if anyone could help me with an injury i managed to pick up recently... Whilst surfing on holiday i caught a blow from the board as i stacked it. I didn't think too much of it at the time, but now i'm back i'm having some problems getting back into my training routine. I do a lot of press-ups etc, but now it hurts to put any pressure on my right arm - so you can imagine press ups are a nightmare. The pain is sharp, and concentrated in the lower arm. I think it's soft tissue damage, as i've had similar injuries before. Should i strap it myself (and follow the old RICE routine), or seek medical attention? If so, how do i strap? Thanks

I would try RICE if that fails go to a doctor

I am not familier with rice treatment but the remidy that I use is called Zheng Gu Shui it is great for sprains strains even breaks, cuts recovery time in half. It can be located at any Chinese herble store (cheap)
