im not sure of what the rite thing is to do about it but pretty much only on dumbbell curls my wrist gets so sore i have to give it a rest... icy hott doesent help any only resting it but it still hurts no matter how long i rest it
Go and see a doctor!
I got weak wrists as well and I have to be careful of warming up and working my wrists before any weight training.
I also take supps for my joints (chondroitine, glucosamine and fish oil).
