I have a question.
I sort of injured my wrist (left) while doing clean & press, basically I think it was somehow "compressed" and it now sort of hurts with most pressing movements and some other exercises (e.g. barbell curls). I have partly overcome the problem by using a bandage when doing certain lifts, and it's not as bad as it used to be although it's taking a hell of a long time to heal. I saw a doc a couple of weeks back and he had a good look at it and said that probably was just some "minor soft tissue" damage. I am thinking about seeing a different doc and asking maybe to have an x-ray done? Has any of you ever come across such injuries?
