Hey guys!
I looked through several pages of posts and i couldnt find what i was looking for, hope you can help.
Since i was about 17 I have always had trouble with my right wrist, at that point in my life it used to ache so bad, i would literally cry myself to sleep-this happened for several months and NO i didnt go to the doctor. at 34 it doesnt really ache anymore(occasionally but not as severe) but i find i cannot put much weight on it, so i really cant do anytype of pushup (the pain is actually right above my wrist where there is an indentation before my hand bones can be felt). so I have 2 questions are there any exercises that I can do that would help stregthen that area so there would be less stress on that joint (would that help?) and 2 is there another type of exercise i could substitute for a push up?
Thanks for your time!
Deci

so a wrist pain that you cried yourself to sleep but didnt see a doctor- was it originally causing trouble because of an accident or not?
you know that a pain in the wrist and/or in the fingers can be because a nerve is trapped or pressured in your neck?
This is simply treated by physio- honestly
do you suffer stress or many headaches?
im not a doctor but constant pain and pressure should be looked at and is cheap to resolve in many cases and improves your quality of life.
I dont think you should exercise a bodypart that makes you cry yourself to sleep.
