Anyone use? I have always felt it was best to put them off as long as I can, until I am getting up really heavy weight, to get my wrists used to it. Now however, I am doing heavy overhead work in preparation for the log press, so even a 135lb push press hurts my wrists. Considering giving wraps a try.

I use my versa grips wrist wraps as a stablizer for heavier lifts. I mean if my wrist hurts I use them..Other wise I do not but if it helps in the heavier closer to mak weight then I would do it.

I never use them. If I can't hold it then I don't belong using it.

gator, do you mean straps as opposed to wraps? Becuase I was refering to those elastic bands you wrap around your wrist, sort of like a weight belt for your wrists.

I'll let it slide. This time...
Changed my jerk style (returning the wrist to a hyperextended position at the end of each rep rather than keeping a neutral grip), and that helped a lot. If I don't have any problems, then I'll continue to do without (I usually try to minimize supportive gear), but if not, I'll have a couple more questions for how you guys use them.
