What's up everybody? This site is pretty cool. I'm 27 years old with a fast metabolism. What I mean by fast is that I can spend $200 or more in a week on food and drop the punds just by breathing...lol. To be honest, it kinda sucks. I've been hitting the weights pretty hard for about 3 months now, doing nothing but garage style dumbell workouts. Here's a little break-down of my 1hr and a half day to day training:

Monday: Chest
-Incline dumbell press
-Standard dumbell press
-Decline dumbell press

Tuesday: Back
-Barbell Rows
-Bent-Over Dumbell Flys
-Dumbell Rows

Wednesday: Triceps/Legs
-French Press (decline skull crushers)
-Overhead extensions with tricep bar
-Overhead extensions with dumbell
-Kickbacks

-Leg Extensions
-Leg Curls
-Calf Raises

Thursday: Biceps
-Wide/Close grip EZ-bar curls
-Standing/Sitting alternate dumbell curls
-Hammers
-Reverse Curls
-Preachers

Friday: Shoulders
-Arnolds
-Shoulder press
-Y Raises
-Front Laterals

Sometimes it varies....the circuit can get boring from time to time, so we tend to play with the weight arrangements, or the use other types of workouts. I'm pretty proud of my progress so far...I started pressing 45lb dumbells and am currently hitting 80lb dumbells. Now that may not seem much to some, but at 135lbs...I'm lovin' it. But if anyone out there can give me some LEGAL advice as to how to bulk up besides just eating.....let me know.
