Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Day 24....5/3/05

Not much to report new today, simply cardio today.

Day 27...yesterday.....5/6/05

Been a bit lax in my posting, trying to catch up. Things are going good to say the least!

Killer leg workout.....I have to believe that this stuff is the "culprit!" 2 weeks out, tons of cardio, and that kind of workout.

Day 30......5/9/05

Well, falling behind a bit on the log again, trying to keep up with my standard log and all associated.

Today was a killer arm day, and coincidentally can still feel a bit of soreness in my hams/glutes from last week!

Again, I could just imagine the results one may get on a bulk with this stuff. I will most definitely use it again, next bulk after a 30-50 day off period. I want the loading effects to use.

You'll have to ask my computer...it does incomprehensible things sometimes. Neither the 1st nor the 2nd face went through, the third brought the others w/ it, somehow.

I stopped my useage of X Factor.....I think I had achieved all I could with it for right now....as my competition is looming close. Other factors became important, had to "tweak" my phsyique so to speak, and switched over supplement useage to cAmphiloc, which is a fat burner/muscle builder, but counterproductive to X Factor. That was 6 days ago, sorry for not updating, have been busy, lost internet access at work, so have much less time to do this right now. My apologies.

Just my luck. My first post on this great topic and Ron has stopped using the supplement. Whens the competition by the way?

 Sorry, had to do this. I have prepared hard for my contest, and felt some last minute support was needed in a different area.

The contest is Saturday.

I would love to use X Factor on a bulk. I believe it truly helped maintain my strength, and I was on a severely calorie restricted diet due to my late prep start. Much more so than usual, so the results I achieved were that much more magnified.

Wow, nice journal, Ron!

I think you will rock it on Saturday!! Good luck!

Is AA something that would benefit anyone at any stage of their weight training or do you think it is more beneficial for more advanced trainees?

No, I believe AA will help at any stage, but will most definitely help the intermediate to advanced bodybuilder more, when diet and training are long maximized, as they are highly trained already and a supplement that really delivers science is what we need at this point.

Thank you very much fuddy, I do try hard to really help folks, make their experience less trying, and definitely help with maybe the worst of all...."lighter wallet syndrome!"
