All you have to do is read through previous posts regarding this Xenadrine. I personally did NOT like the short fuse temperment it gave me or any of the other side effects. Just wasn't worth it for me to stay on it. -------------- You only get ONE body, take care of it and it'll take care of YOU! |

Although I do not use Xenadrine, I am a fan of the ECA stack. It is a proven supplement and has some great benefits. I am curious ebeba, how long were you using Xenadrine for? |

I was on Xenadrine for about a month before I decided it wasn't for me. While I did notice wheight loss, I felt it was friggin my body around too much. I was getting hungry at strange times and having up and down energy swings. Also, I noticed that if I took a pill and didn't eat right away, every time I burped I would taste the pill contents and that was just gross. So yeah, it did supposedly take wheight off of me (which is not conclusive as I was working out harder during the time I was taking it) but the potential side effects just didn't seem worth it. |

xenadrine, in my opinion isnt a greap idea because it contains ephenadrines which recently caused certain professional athletes taking products like that to die and dehydrate.I havent personally used this product this is just what i read in the local newspaper and from other sources. |

I don't know if anyone is aware of this, but here in Missouri the makers(Cytodyne) are being sued by the government..they found that many of the women and men were prior models, and had them actuall gain weight just to look bad and then lose it back. And they used early pregnant women....of course, they are denying it. -------------- The one goal you will NEVER achieve is the one you never attempt. |

GOWAR-EFX has no ephedrine in it DAHAYZ-do you take asprin with your Ephedrine and Caffine stack? UMPA_LUMPA_LOU-If your using the supplament as an appitite control, well I'm interested to know how that works,I do know however that for emotional eaters like me it has no bennifit,I rearly eat because I'm hungry.*sad face* Also I believe I've read from othere boards that it takes a week or two to 'get normal' while taking Xedrine. I'll be interested to see your posts. |

Just for a note, I have been taking Xenadrine RFA- 1 for about 3 weeks with 3 to 4 days of exercise I was at 343 pounds when I started, Last .... Saturday the 5 I weighed myself and I was 314 pounds. This upcomming saturday I will weigh myself again and post my progress.
Also before I was taking Xenadrine I was working out and loosing about 4 pounds a week, with 5 days of working out. So I have gained an average of 5 additional pounds of weight loss. I have gone from a 44 waist line (46 in some brands) to between 38 and 40 depending on the brand of clothing. So far it seems to be working. I would just be sure you watch what else you take. I have a bad reaction with benadryl allergy, which was my own fault since the bottle clears says to not take with anything to treat allergies, or asthma which I also have... but I havent had any reactions using my inhailer. if you have any other wuestions feel free to ask. |

Cromeium, congratulations on your progress and I am glad to see that you are a responsible consumer that reads the label. When most people take an ephedra product, they do not bother looking at all the warnings and take the full serving there very first time. And then they cry and complain that it makes them shakey, hmmm, I wonder why. Then, when something goes wrong, God for bid they take responsibility for there own incompotent actions. The safe use of ephedra has been documented in many published studies as well as showing how effective it is. Keep up the good work and keep us posted on your progress

Im going out of town tomarrow (I have a date woohoo!!!) so I weighed myself today instead of tomarrow. My current weight is 305. nice!
1st observation of the week. I started taking a daily vitamen supplament from gnc (one of the everything you need ones) I havent noticed any diffrence in weight loss or any complications such as drowzness etc etc, just in case anyone was wondering... 2nd observation im not a professional on weight loss but I seem to be loosing wieght in all the right areas first (chest, arms woohoo muscles showing!!!, love handles and croin hubba hubba). Im trying to figure out if this is normal..... well see yea later!! -Cromeium |

When it comes to losing weight, you need to be really honest with yourself. Are you eating 5-6 small healthy portioned meals a day? How long have you been working out for? The last thing you want to do is get frustrated. Keep a positive mindset and KNOW that you are going to lose the weight and live a healhy life. You need to make these top priorities in your life if that is what you want to achieve. And, by looking at your pics, why do you need to lose any weight at all, you look just fine.

newmaciel,
Yes Xenadrine EFX helped me lose weight/fat. It gave me the extra energy I needed to get through my routine. Diet 1700-2000 a day No fried foods No Candy 5-6 meals thorughout the day Exercise (5 days) Cardio for 45 minutes (whenever I could fit it in - morning, afternoon, evening, etc) Weights for 1hr Supplements Xenadrine EFX Keep at it. It took me a good three months before the weight really started falling off. |
