Has anyone on this forum used xenadrine?? I'm not overweight by any means but it seems like it will take forever to lose the extra on the abs. Would it be a good idea to use this supp. to lose the roll?? I weight 155-160 and would also like to gain weight. Quite a quandry, eh?? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. I know Arnold might know the answer to this one. I am also taking a protein supplement and will be taking creatine soon.

Coolness - I just completed my sixth week of working out. I am overweight and I have found Xenadrine to be a great supp. I started out at 230. As of today, I am at 210 (40 waist to a 38 - and won't stop untill I get down to a 32). This was a loss of 20 pounds of fat, along with considerable size increase in my overall muscle mass. Do I think Xenadrine did it all by itself - NO !! I'm sure the change in my diet, weight training, and cardio have alot to do with it. But, I can tell a difference in the intensity of my workouts, and my overall focus throughout the day.
