anyone farmiliar with the supplement Xyience? I belive it is a testosterone booster but not sure. Any information you could give me on this would be greatly appreciated. More importantly is it appropriate for a 15 year old just starting to hit the weights?
Thanks alot

No , No, and NO.....

I don't understand people......when you're starting out weight training and nutrition is what matters....supplements are a cherry on top....

testosterone booster? dude you haven't even peaked on your natural production of testestorone....that's for men in their late 30s and 40s....not for a 15 year old....

Do the basics....weights/nutrition/sleep/recovery
-younger lifters have hard time maintaining consistancy in their training....see if you can train consistantly 3-5 days a week for a year or more...before resorting even to protein supplements.....just eat whole healthy foods....
