okies..so after pestering mutt in the chat room last nite he convinced me to really push up on my weights..ive only been hesitant because i didnt want to hurt myself...but i was really impressed with what i could do and i felt better about my workout...i had added alittle bit of weight before..but i really pushed myself tonite..

i dont know why you would lift heavy if you wanna lose weight unless you want to gain a lot of mass. plus you should take two days rest per week say monday on tuesday on wednesday off thursday on friday on saturday off sunday on. you need rest for your muscles. each muscle need at least 2 days rest.

Don't listen to that IDIOT!
Lifting heavy will help you a lot more then lite lifting plus WOMEN CAN'T BULK without STEROIDS!
Also if you calories are under maintenance you'll lose not gain.
Listen to what Mutt has told you he knows better and has been at this for year, probably longer then this kids has been alive!
