Officially introduce yourself to the community by sharing your goals, obstacles or accomplishments. Don't be shy.. we're all here for the same reason. The more support we share the easier it will be to reach our goals!
Just wanted to say hey and that I'd like to meet people who are interested in being motivational. I'm in PA school so I'm SUPER busy but I want to make time to work out 4 days a week if I can swing it. I've already started the eating better portion but it won't come off if the exercise doesn't continue. Any advice on staying motivated to exercise when you've barely slept? :laugh: Look forward to meeting lots of you! Have a good weekend!
