Hi I'm Jen. I'm from good ol' arizona! I am a college student (yes that means i drink lots of beer, that why I am here ha). Anyways I played varsity basketball since i was a freshman in high school and since i have been to college i have gained more then my freshman 15... (more like freshman 50):angry:. I'm 5'11" and i weigh 210lbs... it was 220 about 3 weeks ago.. but I fixed that :laugh:. Anyways I'm 20, and yeah the end...
Pick a routine, stop drinking, or reduce the amount you drink, and eat a healthy diet, you will see the pounds go down.
