Ive previously suffered from bulimia and COE and am now looking at creating a healthier new me.
I exercise pretty regularly but am not very clued up on what to do when at the gym! I also have a pretty unhealthy diet (im a convenience food junky) so am keen to learn new skills which will make me fitter, healthier and happier.
