Does it work for what, exactly?
I picked up a set of their dvds and enjoy the cabaret cardio, haven't done the hip hop abs, thought the YBB workout was pretty good.
Nearly any routine that gets you moving more han you previously did (combined with a proper eating plan) will garner results!
