Yoga/walking/jogging/pilates

I do yoga at least three times a week for a total of near five hours. I do 1.5 miles walking at a pace of 16 twice a week followed by about twenty minutes of floor ab work and push ups. Am I doing enough? I have been doing this work for about 8 weeks now and I feel a heap better. I am more flexible. I feel my abs are stronger.
I want to increase my walking speed. Is it time to? I really push for my 16.
