I like the Blue Bunny Lite 88 and carb freedom yogurt cups. They are sweatened with splenda and have the live yogurt cultures. Better than yopla lite yogurt that has high fructose corn syrup.

I think plain low or non-fat yogurt is the way to go...then flavor as you like. I've been putting a scoop of vanilla protein powder in a cup along with some uncooked oats. Add a little fruit and maybe a few nuts. I personally have a hard time with artificial sweeteners--although I do have to put up with it in my protein powder. They ruin the taste of almost everything for me.

I just looked at my "fat-free" yogurt yesterday....loaded with sugar and carbs.I've cut out alot of the sugars in my diet so when I was eating one yesterday for a snack it tasted really sweet.I'd never checked the label...I was surprised. So instead of a daily snack of fat free yogurt I'll use it as a once in awhile treat...as loaded with sugar and carbs as it is...it beats cheesecake hands down!!

I eat it all the time. Unfortunately, they only have 3 flavors, vanilla, strawberry, and blueberry. They actually have a 4th under the same name, same size cup and packaging, apple with fiber, but it has a bit higher sugar count. Vanilla is rather good I think. I add cinnamon to it.

I like to mix a flavored one like blueberry with a 1/2 cup cottage cheese before bed. Tastes a bit like ice cream when cold and great source of casein protein for slow amino acid release.
