I am very into my health and I would like to maintain that drive. My concern is how do I keep my metabolism going as I get older? What foods should I eat and what exercise should I do in the later stages of my life?
Nothing but continuation of your current healthy dietary regimine is needed. I am an advocate of vitamins and minerals, have always been what I consider proactive rather than the almost always bad reactive. In other words, get them(the symptoms of aging)before they get you by keeping your immune system in tip top shape. Our immune system does not decline due to our age, we age and rack with disease due to our immune system slipping.
