Hello new to FT and resistance training. I'm am 13 years old and 182lbs (I know...HUGE.) and I am sick of living my life as an obese person and I'm finally oing somthing. I just finished my first workout and it was ok I couldent do chins between chairs at all (no broom stick) and I could only do 3 dips behind the back (to out of shape) other than that it was good. Well I guess I just wanted to say hi and to get that off my chest. Thanks for listining:big_smile:

Welcome to FT, fitso! You've made the first step, which is the biggest accomplisment right there!

Don't worry about the dips.. the longer you work on it, the more you'll be able to do...

Lots of help and motivation here on FT!

Ask lots of questions and use Fit Buddy on the bottom of the page to do some research...
