Hi Guys......New to the community......love to chat to any1 with an understanding of loss, or is losing, or planning to lose pregnancy body. Needing help with input weight for crunches, push ups, calf raises etc.....do I put my body weight? or something else?

I put in a zero as your body weight will change.... until you add plates or other weights, put a zero in there...
