I'm 19 years old 5'4 and 107 lbs...i want to get more toned all over(abs, legs,arms) and lose a few lbs...ive been doing the treadmill and workout vdeos and have an ab roller but im starting to lose motivation and am getting bored with my current routine so id love tips and motivation :)

I am a 5'3'' 180 lb woman. I am currently wearing a size 14 (in most jeans), 39'' waist. I just began the weight loss and tone program plus 3-4 days of cardio at 30-45 minutes a time. Can anyone tell me what are some good/healthy short term goals, either weight, inches, or size?

I'm 5'5" and like 140, I think. I'm almost 15.
My goal is to loose around 18 pounds, so that I'm in the 120s before I start high school... Lol.

5'11" and about 145 pounds...
Just looking to get healthy and gain some muscle in the arms and be more defined in the chest and abs.

19 yrs old, 5'9", 150lb
I would like to get up to around 160-165, in muscle. I would like to be able to keep my abs, and deffinition, while still getting strong. Hopefully get my bench press up into like 275-300 and my squat to around 375-400.

Hi im erica and im looking to loose a couple pounds, but more soo stick to getting some killer abs for the summer because i cant seem to get away from my belly fat, someone help me!
