Im not sure if I should follow your 12 week mass program or make a program myself. it doesnt seem to me like the 12 wk mass gives a high intensity workout. Before i found this site, i worked out for a month on my own program and my bench went up 20 pounds...I dont want to make a big mistake by quitting this program. Any suggestions?

I just got done with a 8 week mass program and it worked great for me.

I'm in my 7th week of the mass program and highly recomend it. Great gains from hard work.
