Any ideas on how to make Perfect Isopure taste less like it was filtered through someones jockstrap?
BTW, if Im eating 6 meals a day (3 of which are these putrid shakes which are the lowest carb / highest protein MRP), aside form the loss of energy, am I damaging my progress by taking in a minimal amount of carbs?
My average daily intake looks something like this:

I fluxuate between 180 and 185 (down from 240 in August). I lost the bulk of that weight through starvation which I know was wrong in retrospect but I am on the right track now.
Im doing intense weight training / cardio on staggered days 6 days a week (basically the BFL program / HIIT).
I just started the full diet (8 days now and I feel great!) and the full workout routine, so its kinda new to me but I know ill stick to it. I was just curious how "nutritionally" important carbs were to muscle. Do carbs contribute at all to muscle growth, or does it just act as fuel for my motor :)

You may need to increase your calories. Carbs are fuel. But they need to be good carbs. I hit a platteau a few months back. The weight stalled, the strength gains ceased. I upped my calories and in a month or so noticed I had gained weight and lost body fat.
With the training you are doing your overall intake sounds low. Try increasing calories to 500 above your resting metabolism. Do it for 2 weeks and see where you need to go. After that try making adjustments in 250 cal increments.
You put your body into starvation mode with exercise and too few calories. You will actually gain fat and lose muscle.
