I use EAS ZMA HP most often, but I have tried ZMASS. The EAS type is pretty cheap on netrition.com. Most of the reputable supplement companies get the zinc/magnesium from the same source: SNAC. If you're comparing and reading the labels of two brands and the ZMA is from SNAC on both, buy the cheapest one and save yourself some cash. -------------- --JBennett "I've up-ed my intensity.... now up yours!" I take it before bed, and sure have noticed a sounder sleep if nothing else. That in itself is almost worth it to me!!! -------------- Failing to plan is like planning to fail!
