4th week on it ....no results.....it affect your sleep but I wake up more relaxed but nothing else.... .

I had better results with Tribulus......

and yes I use it properly

Sorry to hear that. I don't "feel" any different when I take it either, other than an increased sex drive, and that lets me know its working. I guess the only way to really tell if its working or not is to test your body's testosterone levels, right? Not being a smartass - I'm asking a legit question.

Been taking it for a week and I feel stronger in my workouts. That poses a good question. How do we know if something is really working or not? Results come, but would they be there if one took nothing and only ate completely enriched food and took a multi vitamin? Makes you wonder if we're just flushing our money down the can!!!!

that`s true .... well, I think we are brainwashed in a way..... I admit to it .....

my friend that works at MuscleMag says it`s all waste of money... he tried pretty much everything....

but from what I know gulatmine, creatine and tribulus worked for me .....
