Hello,
Just curious as to approx. at what age taking ZMA would be beneficial to someone? I am 23 years old and am currently using my big appetite, Elite Mega Mass, and creatine supplementation. I have a bottle of ZMA (wicked sale and a good salesperson), but don't really know if its even worth taking.

any comments?

They are worth there weight in gold at my house. There is nothing in them that would bother a person at any age and can only benefit you as a supplement, I see no reason why you shouldn't be able to take them.

ok, so I'm sold. I believe they're useful. But I have read elsewhere on this site that someone at the age of 15 would not likely benefit from taking ZMA. I'm just curious to see if someone like myself, 23 yrs of age, would benefit from them. I'll most likely use them either way because I already have some, but if there's no real point then I just won't buy more.

Is there an approx age for males that the effects of ZMA would be more beneficial?
