i started taking ZMA about a week ago and i have noticed something that i think is very odd - i am oversleeping like no other. my "internal alarm" normally wakes me up before 8 every morning, regardless of what time i go to sleep.
now i'm waking up at 10 or 11 out of nowhere and i'm wondering if it's just because the ZMA is making me sleep more soundly. it makes me glad i don't have to be at work until 4:30 because otherwise i'd be up a creek. anyway though, will ZMA do this to you or am i just over-exhausted?
-------------- success comes before work only in the dictionary. that's right.

Zma does help deep sleep. Atleast thats what it has done for me and the vivid dreams to boot. _ Mike

It might be a little sleep depravation catching up with you, too. I used to work that same type of shift. In at 5pm, out at 3am. I was always pretty wired up when I got home and usually wouldn't drift off to sleep until 4:30 or so. Then, the sun's up and your body wants to wake up, too. You might just be trying to catch up a bit. I wouldn't worry about it unless it lasts longer than a couple of weeks. If I were to catch up on all my sleep depravation, I wouldn't wake up until it was time to retire.
