OK, I have looked through the posts on the boards and decided I want to start using ZMA, Glutamine, Creatine, & Whey Protein. I had a few questions about this... (Please keep in mind I am on a VERY tight budget)...

1) What is the cheapest, and best, Whey Protien available? Where can I order it for cheap?

2) I've seen Creatine with "added" stuff like phosphorus, magnesium, potassium, and sodium. Some people have told me these help somehow. Is this true?

3) What is the cheapest, and best, Creatine available? Where can I order it for cheap?

4) What type of Glutamine should I take? I have seen L-Glutamine, is that the same as "Glutamine"? If not, what's the difference?

5) What is the cheapest, and best, Glutamine available? Where can I order it for cheap?

6) I have read the sticky about making your own ZMA. Does this work as well as the "real" stuff? If so, what would you recommend as the dosage? Also, where can I find the Magnesium and Zinc for the cheapest price?

7) I currently take Centrum with Lycopene for my multi-vitamin. Is this ok, or is it deficient in any needed items found in better multi-vitamins?

That's it for now... Thanx for any help in advance.
