Thanks to Adrian for the comment on crunches , it makes sense, I am a bit sore from yesterday, and I slept really good last night. I think because of the exercise. Well... doing my exercises and then off to work until 10 tonight.

Today was a easier on me. I increased my rest time in between sets to about 30 second. I was doing 15 and I was having trouble finishing strong. Looking forward to seeing of I can complete this weekend swing.

I went to the gym worked out did cardio for 30 minutes on stationary bike. Went on to work on my Core, Chest and Triceps. Then did another 10 minutes on stationary bike. My legs will probably hate me Wednesday.
