    Started my workout routine yesterday evening... Man, am I feeling sore today! I hate going to the gym but once I get there and warm up on the treadmill for 10 minutes I feel great and the rest of the workout is very enjoyable.

    I completed 3 1/2 miles on the bike and switched over to the elliptical for 20 minutes. I didn't think to track how much I did on the elliptical but I was at a 15 out of 20 elevation at level 12 out of 20 resistance.
