That's what I was thinking about the isolation tri work, I'll back off extensions and skull crushers and stick wtih my dips. Again the elbows aren't hurting or anything but feel strange and I'd rather deal with it now then wait until it becomes a real problem.

its good to see you are able to read your body and find when it is good to shut down. thats something i really struggle with all the time. i might have gotten another single of 250 or so in after the 275 for some more volume, but other than that good job.
as for isolation work, i agree with pemdas... they suck balls. i do them w/ DBs sometimes and those dont bother me to much but i have not used a bar to do skull crushers in a while, and dips sometimes bother my shoulders/elbows a lot too...
