Yah I thought the Caps game was good, but feel they got robbed by the refs last night...Phillies second goal should not have counted....and they didn't call one penalty in the 3rd, let everything go, and then call one in OT....makes no sense to me...... Sad to see Calgary go out :( Didn't watch all the game, but they looked good in the first at least. |

I caught the third... they looked good in the third, too, just couldn't get it in the net...
The Sharks getting four goals in nine minutes in the second didn't help... hard to come back from that... -------------- I see the words you are typing, but all I read is *click*click*click* Fat loss isn?t under the control of the magic fat loss fairies. - Alwyn Cosgrove |

I don't mind the way the 3rd was reffed, but why change the standard of officiating when you hit OT???? If you ask me, the refs won that game for Philly....I'm not really a fan of either team, but I feel Washington got the raw end of the deal last night with the refs.......... ============ Quoting from carivan: The 3rd period of the Caps game as far as calls from refs sucked, but still glad they won. ============= |

Washington got the shaft last night. they outplayed philly. i really wanted to see pit play Washington. one more reason to hate the flyers. Montreal, go beat the crap out of philly.
to be honest with you philly looked like a bunch of girl scouts last night compared to Washington. that would be so depressing losing game 7 in ot on a piece of crap call. on top of that second philly goal which should not have counted. |

Ok you all need to stop crying about washington losing. The flyers are a better team! They should of put them away in 4. They gave up a 2 goal lead in the 3rd period of game one and then won 3 straight. Took it easy and let Washington back in it. You can be mad all you want, you lost, get over it. Montreal better watch out, i think they are going to greatly underestimate the flyers. My prediction, Flyers will win it in 6!

ok warren news for you FLYERS SUCK the only reason they won is because they beat a three seed that should have been an eight seed. that goal in game seven was a joke watch the replay im not going to explain why its obvious. flyers wouldn't even be the crappy 6 seed they are if Pittsburgh hadn't thrown that game to play Ottawa so they could get their revenge. philly still barely beat them and they were trying  dont expect the flyers to get past Montreal ( A REAL CONTENDER) how can you say that when Montreal swept the season series 4-0. trust me even if they do somehow beat montreal and pit gets around the rangers look out because if you ain't a penguins fan YOU AINT S**T.
SUM UP THE SERIES VS Washington (even a blind squirrel finds a nut every once in awhile). im sure this just pissed someone off  |

yeah right, you guys are living up the fact that you were the biggest joke team in the league for years. wound up scoring big time by getting crosby and malkin, which is probably when you became a fan. Penguins live and lie die with there 2 player team. one of them goes down and your not even in the discussion as an elite team. and don't worry the flyers will be around next round, can't say that im confident with saying that about the penguins. so just wait and lets see how much your talking in a few weeks. i will post a pic of me celebrating down south philly after we win the cup

guess you are forgetting that Crosby went down for two months and they moved up in the standings. lets not forget that fleury went down to. we can afford to lose one we've proved it.the flyers jump up from last year was impressive though except for that one stretch were things didn't look to good. you are really confident about the Flyers going all the way.
wouldn't that be something penguins vs flyers flyers got to come back though heart breaker in ot -in case anyone is wondering there is a lot of bad blood between the flyers and penguins |

Warren, First off I'm not a Caps fan, I'm a sens Fan, but we're out, so I'm a hockey fan...Being a canadian, I also cheer for any Can teams left. Go Habs!! Now that being said, flyers didn't deserve the win, and that is coming from an unbiased oppinion, the refs won them game 7, and thats that. Now as far as them winning in 4..well that's why even a 3-0 series is not over, its easy to say they should have won it 4, but they didn't, they were soft, and left Washington come back. That just shows their inexperience in the playoffs, and what it takes to put a team out, when they have the chance, and it also says something about the caps, and how they play under pressure, just look at their record in the last half of the season.... As for the Pens being a 2 man show, I doubt it, First Crosby went out, and Malkin went on fire, Fleury is also a great Goalie, how about Sykora? and don't forget Chris Letang (former Team Canada Jr captain) and Tyler Kennedy (Captain of the Sault Greyhounds in OHL) and Jordan Stall, all great up and coming rookies, just starting to make a name for themselves... Pittsburg will be a team to watch in the next few yrs, as long as they can hold on to these players, but the challenge in this new NHL will be to hold on to them...Look at Buffalo now!! ============ Quoting from warren3224: Ok you all need to stop crying about washington losing.
