Do two sets of 10 and then switch roles with your partner. 2. Bridging Your Differences – Sit facing your partner three to four feet apart. Bend your knees so they’re hip-width apart in front of you. Line the soles of your feet up with each other and clasp your hands together outside of your legs. Slowly raise and straighten your legs to form a bridge in the shape of an upside-down V. If the back of your legs are tight, bend your knees. Pull in your abdomen and hold for three seconds. Continue holding hands while returning your legs to the starting position. Repeat three times. 3. Love Squat – Stand facing your partner with legs shoulder-width apart. Hold each other’s hands in front of you, comfortably but firmly. While holding hands, bend at the legs and lower your butt until your thighs are nearly parallel to the floor. Don’t lower your butt below your knees. Remain in the squat position for three seconds. While balancing each other, slowly straighten your legs to a standing position. Repeat five times. 4. Push Up Your Love Life – Lie on your back with knees bent and feet flat on the floor, hip-width apart. Keep your arms at your sides, palms facing down. Inhale and gently arch up your lower back and pelvis. Exhale and tighten your butt muscles. Draw your abdomen in and then press the small of your back and pelvis gently back down to the floor. Repeat five times, rhythmically tightening and releasing the muscles to make a wave-like motion. i have no issue with the thread at all bb1, i'm all for sexual education/discussion. my point was that certain moderators like to delete my posts simply for having the word sex in them and like to send me emails trying to call me names and be petty.

All I'm going to say on this subject is yes...I personally have been deleted on several occasions...most when I felt I deserved a delete...and some not ...either way..it's not a decision made by me so I(try:))and accept it.So you are way off to say paying members get a break...I have talked to the mods in IM...and consider myself a welcome and accepted part of the community...and I get deleted all the time.You can't drag up old posts and compare them to now...apples and oranges.

Well, to join in the 'fun' here, an actual calculation from moderate sexual activity(does not mention spanking:)), at 170lb. in 15 minutes yields a 25 calorie burn.

HHhmmmmm...legitimate questions I do not have the answers to. I am assuming 'equal' participation????
As far as how much actual movement, this is 'moderate'. They have low and high also. Where their definition of these comes into play I really don't know. By the way, at that rate 45 min. would be around 70 calories. :) -------------- "If it ain't broke, you aren't trying." |
